Leadership
Like most non-profit organizations, Treasures in Heaven is accountable to our Board of Directors. Our board members set the overall direction of the organization and make sure that the resources of the organization are handled responsibly and are used for their intended, charitable purposes.
Board members are chosen to lead based on a number of criteria including integrity, financial stewardship, Christian faith, investment experience, leadership skills, and ministry experience.

Steve Weathers
- Office: Chair, Treasurer
- Term: 2011 - 2014
- Steve served 2 years teaching English in Asia where he experienced cross-cultural ministry and mission-style fund raising. He has served as a financial counselor and small group leader at his church in Cincinnati. He currently works as a Senior Systems Analyst at a digital marketing agency.
Tim Storer
- Office: Vice Chair, Director of Investments
- Term: 2011-2012
- Tim is an international manager at a large consumer goods company and is currently pursuing his MBA. Over the past decade, he has served as a career coach, missions team leader, and financial counselor. Tim currently serves on the advisory council of a Christian University located in Ohio.
Bill Katz
- Office: Secretary
- Term: 2011
- Bill has spent most of his life working with non-profit groups that help provide shelter to low-income families. He is currently an elder at his church and works as the Treasurer of a well known paper and packaging supplier.
