TiH collects this information from you at several different points on our Site, including, but not limited to: the "Contact Us" and "Donate" pages on the Site.
  2. Information gathered through aggregated tracking, derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our Site. This aggregated tracking information includes, without limitation: (a) information such as the server your computer is logged onto, (b) your browser type (e.g., Firefox or Internet Explorer), and (c) the pages you view/request to be viewed. TiH uses your personal information to: (1) process your requests and transactions, (2) offer or furnish additional products and services, (3) personalize the types of information you receive from TiH, (4) assess trends in the use of our Site or purchases of products or services, (5) develop content and functionality that helps us serve our readers' needs, and (6) improve the service and products we provide. In addition, at some point in the future, we might sell or buy businesses or assets, or TiH might be merged with, another organization. In any of those circumstances, personal information in our databases may be included among the transferred assets.

Registration
In some cases our site uses securely encrypted contribution response forms for visitors who choose to use these forms to provide information, request information, and/or make donations. We collect your willingly submitted contact information (e.g., your email address), unique identifiers (e.g., a TiH donor account number), and financial information (e.g., credit card type, number, and expiration date). Contact information from these response forms is used to process donations, provide receipts, and provide other information about TiH to our customers. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary in order to resolve customer service issues or questions. You may readily opt-out of receiving future communications - see the "Choice/Opt-Out" and "Correction/Updating Personal Information" sections below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill you for donations pledged. Unique identifiers (e.g., a TiH account number) may be collected from you to assist in matching current donation information with donor history in our record systems.
